A block of rooms is held for April 21 at a special rate of $109 for city view or water view, single or double occupancy. To reserve a room at these special rates, identify yourself as attending the CI Travel Seminar. Please make your request by April 5, 2009.

Parking Information: Please park in the Bank of Hampton Roads Parking Garage adjacent to the Bank Building near the Sheraton. $5 parking vouchers will be available at Registration Check-In.

There are three, 50-minute sessions. Attendees will be divided into three groups which will be systematically rotated through the seminars. Group and lunch seating assignments will be in your registration packet. The goals of these breakout sessions are to provide the attendees a smaller setting where they can more easily learn from the presenters and ask questions pertaining to their own corporate travel.
