Nov 19, 2009 • Royal Caribbean's Grandeur Of The Seas
Exceptional Value! Whether you're a cruising newbie or a seasoned sailor, Repositioning cruises are
worthy of exploration. Since these cruises typically sail from one destination to another - departing from one port and ending in a
different one - they offer a blend of exciting cities you wouldn't
see on our other itineraries. Enjoy snorkeling in Cozumel, the championship golf courses of Bermuda, and the exceptional
shopping of St. Thomas - all on one amazing cruise vacation.
About the Grandeur of the Seas:
Filled with creative and innovative touches, the Grandeur of the Seas promises panoramic views, stylish comfort and,
of course, grandeur. A host of facilities and activities, including two swimming pools, six whirlpools, eight bars and lounges, an outdoor
jogging track and, of course, Royal Caribbean's signature rock-climbing wall assure fun and relaxation for every vacationer on board.
Fitness classes and machines are available in the work-out area, and soul-soothing treatments are offered in the spa. The ship's state-of-the-art
solarium, decorated in a Moorish theme, showcases a retractable glass canopy to shield guests when less desirable weather strikes. In the open-air
Boutiques of Centrum, guests can shop for jewelry, perfume, clothing, liquor, and essential souvenirs of their adventure at sea. The children will
enjoy supervised arts-and-crafts sessions, scavenger hunts, and science demonstrations organized by the ships trained staff.
Step into the two-story Great Gatsby Dining Room with its panoramic windows, 1920s-style elegance, and sweeping staircase. Although you may choose
to dine on sirloin steaks and decadent desserts every night, many guests prefer the guilt-free choices that the ShipShape menu has to offer--including
low-fat dishes, vegetarian entrees, fresh fruits, and an assortment of natural snacks. For a more casual meal, dine in the Windjammer or Seaview Cafs,
enjoy a quick bite, 50s style, in Johnny Rockets or all things Italian in Sorrentos. In the evenings, guests can place their bets in the Casino Royale,
mingle in one of the bars and lounges, take in live entertainment, or steal away to a quiet area of the ship to watch the stars.
