Katherine Festi's career in the travel industry began more than 40 years ago when she attended Weaver Airline School in Kansas City, Missouri. Her first Travel Consultant position was with Knight Travel Service of Columbus, Ohio. Afterward, she worked with several other travel agencies around the country, including a 5-year position with American Express Travel. In 1987, Katherine came to CI Travel and is proud to say that she has reached her 23-year milestone as an employee-owner of the company.

Katherine has spent a lifetime attending travel shows, vendor and destination trainings, and has completed a myriad of specialty courses available in an ongoing effort to stay abreast in the ever changing travel industry. She has been on a number of domestic cruises and traveled extensively to many areas of Asia, Africa, Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Katherine has also visited many sights closer to home, both in Canada and throughout the United States.
