Regardless of where you are or the time of day, CI Travel clients have access to a dedicated 24-hour toll free emergency reservation service to assist with any travel needs.
Negotiated Hotel & Car Discounts
Through our partnership in TravelSavers, CI Travel offers our clients a Preferred Rate Program featuring negotiated, lower-than-corporate rates at over 4,000 select hotel properties. This program is in addition to our standard corporate rate hotel program that hosts over 20,000 hotels world-wide and a Block Space Hotel program at over 700 hotel properties. Alamo, Budget, Dollar, National and Thrifty are five car rental vendors that participate in a special negotiated car rental program available to our clients.
Free Flight Insurance Available
CI Travel provides each ticket insurance coverage of $200,000.
Document Delivery Services
Typically, tickets are delivered two working days prior to travel, but emergency deliveries can be made as needed. Depending on the needs of the account, CI Travel will use one or all of the following delivery methods. On-site travel office and STP ticket issuance. Courier delivery Electronic ticketing Overnight mail.
