Once you receive your log in, before you begin to book your first trip, you must
update your profile. Please follow the steps listed below.
- Go to Trip Manager at www.tripmanager.com/gt
- Login with the login information sent to
you after registration
- Click on Traveler Profiles (located on the
Top Tool Bar)
- Click on Edit Personal Settings
- Click on Personal Information
This is where you will enter:
- Work Address
- Phone Numbers
- Email Address
- Passport Information
- Emergency Contact Information
---- ALWAYS SAVE CHANGES
- Click on Credit Card Information
This is where you will enter all Credit Card Information:
- Click on Enter New Credit Card
- Click Continue
- Please fill in all boxes
---- ALWAYS SAVE CHANGES
- Click on Air Preferences
This is where you will enter:
- Meal Preference
- Seat Preference
- Preferred Method of Payment
- Frequent Flyer Numbers
- Any Special Instructions
---- ALWAYS SAVE CHANGES ENTER FF# IN SETS OF THREE
- Click on Car Preferences
This is where you will enter:
- Special Requests to Car Companies
- Car Membership Numbers
---- ALWAYS SAVE CHANGES
- Click on Hotel Preferences
This is where you will enter:
- Smoking or Non-Smoking Room
- Special Request to Hotel
- Preferred Credit Card for Hotel Guarantee
- Preferred Room Type (automatically defaults to King)
- Hotel Membership Numbers

- Click on Travel Settings
This is where you will select:
- Paper or Electronic Tickets
- Add Travel Planners (Travel Administrators authorized
to book travel for you)
Travel Planners must be set up in Trip Manager before a Traveler can add them to
their profile.
Member login is: First Initial of first name and entire last name all run together
Ex: dcaldwell

- Change Password
This allows you to change your password whenever you want to. (Password does not
change after 90 days)
