I was born and raised in England and began my career in the tourism industry working for the British Tourist Association. I then moved to Spain and worked as a tour guide on the island of Majorca and later Costa Brava. I have been with CI Travel for over 30 years and I love helping my clients plan their dream trips.
A couple of my favorite destinations are Mexico and the Panama Canal, but my all time favorite is the Caribbean. I have traveled to this area many times and have visited most of the islands in that region. The warm temperatures, the culture and food of the islands mixed with the crystal clear, turquoise waters are impossible to resist and I visit as often as I can.
As much as I love my tropical destinations, I must admit my real passion is getting there, and that means cruising. I have enjoyed over 175 so far, having sailed on almost every cruise line that exists and stayed in every category of room. I love seeing the building and landscapes give way to the horizon of open blue sea. There is so much to see and do onboard a cruise ship. I really like the variety of activities that are offered where I can spend all day reading by the pool, relaxing on the balcony or seeing a show; or I can be more adventurous and join a game on deck.
Throughout my numerous trips and first hand knowledge of travel, I have earned my specialist certifications in all aspects of cruising; individual travel, group trips, incentive planning for offices, family travel and honeymoon cruisers.
