• Playing cards were invented in China.
• A fifth suit was added in 1937 but never caught on because people had to buy all new decks.

• The earliest known game of texas holdem was played in Robstown, Texas, in the early 1900s. The game was brought to Las Vegas by a group of Texan gamblers and card players, including Doyle "Texas Dolly" Brunson, Crandell Addington, and Amarillo Slim.

Manuel Antonio National Park Tour - $69

Tour Description - With the establishment of Manuel Antonio National Park in 1972, the people of Costa Rica began, for
future generations, the preservation one of the most beautiful and bio-diverse areas in the world. Although it is the country's
smallest national park, its stunning beauty and diversity of wildlife is unequaled.
Manuel Antonio contains a charming combination of the most beautiful beaches in the country and coral reefs outlined
with lush forests home to sloths, iguanas, adorable squirrel monkeys and millions of colorful little crabs. The park is

Tour Description -A class III / IV half day challenge for more experienced paddlers. The Naranjo River drops steeply from
the mountains above Quepos, through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands

Waterfalls Canopy Tour - $89

Tour Description - A combination of 13 platforms, 7 cables, a 3 story Tree House, Tarzan Swing and suspension bridge
which culminate in a 90 foot rappel offers a truly unique view of the forest below. Much of the Canopy's protected area is
transitional rainforest emerging from steep slopes and studded with massive vines and epiphytes ladened trees.
Your adventure begins when you strap on your professional mountain climbing harness. During a short walk in you
will learn about the variety of flora and fauna you will encounter on the trails. As part of the forest has been used for
agro forestry, an unusual mixture of exotic fruit trees and hardwood trees can be found.
Near the waterfalls we will take to the trees from the first platform. As we move further into our journey,
Scarlet Macaws can be heard and often seen in flight, and giant blue Morpho butterflies alight in open spots in the forest,
often near our waterfalls. We may also see the beautiful toucans, aracari's and white-face capuchin monkeys of the area.

Tour Description - The Pacific Rain Forest Aerial Tram allows guests to discover the hidden secrets and hanging gardens

importance of the tropical rainforests, the Aerial Tram is an eco-tourism project with 222 acres of rainforest, showcasing small
waterfalls and scenic views of the Pacific Coast. You will glide through a transitional area full of bright tropical vegetation
and packed with exotic wildlife forming the junction between the extremely rare tropical dry forest and the more familiar
tropical rainforest.

Tour Description - Beginning at the northern most point of Hermosa Beach we will ascend into the rainforest.
Our first stop offers photo opportunities and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Jaco Beach and the Nicoya Peninsula.
Continuing another 18 kilometers you travel above the canopy and along the tops of La Gloria's mountains before descending
to a waterfall hidden just beyond a small stream. After a dip in the waterfall, we leave for a tour alongside the volcanic
sand of Hermosa Beach and, timed to catch the sunset, a ride alongside Jaco Beach.
