NORFOLK, VA – CI Travel’s Pembroke SuperCenter location has been recognized by Carnival Cruise Lines as the newest member of their prestigious “Pinnacle Club.” This exclusive program is comprised of high-volume travel agencies that meet a certain sales criteria and exhibit excellence in promoting and selling the Carnival “Fun Ship” cruise experience. To be eligible for the “Pinnacle Club,” travel agents must also demonstrate exceptional professionalism, creativity in sales and marketing techniques, and outstanding support for Carnival’s “Fun Ships.” To celebrate their induction into this elite group, the staff of CI Travel’s Pembroke location will be presented with a highly detailed replica of a Carnival “Fun Ship” to display at their office.
