Corporate Travel Management Solutions

Welcome to CI Travel Corporate Travel Management's home page. We're glad you found us. The more you know about us, you'll understand why the Travel Manager for a new C I Travel client company wrote the following summation in our first annual review - "Given what I know today about the Contractor's ability to execute what they promised in their proposal, I definitely would award to them today given that I had a choice."

Our First Principle - Do what we say we will do in the Statement of Work.

Corporate Travel Management is not rocket science... It's far more difficult than that. The science behind aerodynamics rarely, if ever, changes: but the opposite is true in the business of travel. Helping clients to achieve their best return on investment in travel (ROI) requires us to keep up with over 250 airlines, more than 25 rental car companies and tens of thousands of hotel properties and hotel franchisers. Vendor's rules change constantly and that means that we have to be proactive in managing our core business, travel, so that our clients can successfully execute their business plans.

Our Second Principle - Our clients will receive value.

Travel costs remain one of the top five manageable costs for businesses. Additionally, while technology may have made it easier to book a plane, hotel or car, it's made it more difficult for companies to actually manage their travel spend. Revolving around this central fact are security and supplier issues, travel delays, budget forecasting, federal oversight, audit trails, Smartphone usage, inappropriate use of the Internet during work hours and a myriad of other external issues facing both traveler and corporation alike. Who's watching over these issues for your company and advising you and your travelers of the implications and complications?

Our Third Principle - Our people remain our strength.

Managing all the issues surrounding travel requires dedicated, professional Travel Consultants and support staff who have the training, ability and desire to do the very best job for our clients. As employee/owners we know that what one of us does impacts everyone else in the organization and therefore we strive to hire, train and keep the very best professionals who join us on this journey.

But don't just take our word for it. Here are some of the comments we have received from our clients:
